We kick things off with a dynamic HIIT warm-up designed to elevate your heart rate, activate key muscle groups, and prepare your body for the intensity ahead. Expect jumping jacks, high knees, and bodyweight movements that get your blood pumping from the first minute.
Before you hit the bags, we walk through the fundamental kickboxing techniques — jabs, crosses, hooks, uppercuts, front kicks, and roundhouse kicks. Coaches break down proper form so every strike is powerful, safe, and effective.
The heart of every class. You'll work through multiple timed rounds on the heavy bag, executing coach-called combinations. Each round is different — some focus on speed, others on power, and others on full combos. This is where you earn your results.
When you think you're done, the finisher kicks in. Partner drills, battle ropes, burpees, and agility work push you past your comfort zone and ignite that final calorie burn. This is the Warrior difference.
We close every class with controlled breathing, full-body stretching, and a moment to celebrate what you just accomplished. Proper recovery is part of the program — your body will thank you.
