Is 40 too old to start kickboxing?

Not even close. Our fitness kickboxing classes are built for adults of every age and fitness level — most of our members are 30s, 40s, and 50s. Coaches scale every drill, so you train at your own pace from day one.

Can you really get fit from kickboxing?

Yes — a single 45-minute Warrior class burns 500–800 calories through bag rounds, HIIT finishers, and full-body combos. It builds lean muscle, endurance, and coordination while torching calories.

Is cardio kickboxing the same as kickboxing?

Our classes blend both: real kickboxing technique — jabs, crosses, hooks, kicks on heavy bags — delivered as a high-intensity cardio workout. No sparring and no contact with other people, just you and the bag.

Do I need experience to join?

Zero experience needed. Your first kickboxing class is completely free and includes free boxing wraps and a Warrior t-shirt. Just show up in athletic clothes and sneakers — we handle the rest.
