Wear comfortable athletic clothes and sneakers. We provide gloves for your first class.

Arrive Early
Come 10 to 15 minutes before class to meet the coach, get set up, and get comfortable with the space.

Bring Water
You'll sweat. A lot. Bring a water bottle and a small towel. We have water available at the studio.

No Experience Needed
Seriously, zero kickboxing experience required. Our coaches will walk you through everything from the first punch.
